### Publication Terms and Conditions for "Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen" Journal
**Published by the University of Gharyan**
**(A peer-reviewed journal specializing in Humanities and Applied Sciences)**
#### First: General Publication Conditions
* **Journal Scope**: The journal publishes original research in both Humanities and Applied Sciences.
* **Target Audience**: The journal accepts research submissions from researchers, faculty members, and specialists.
* **Accepted Languages**: Research papers in Arabic, English, and French.
* **Research Originality**: The submitted research must be:
* Original: Not previously published in any form (print or electronic).
* Not an extract: Not extracted from a thesis, book, or published research.
* Not under consideration elsewhere: Not submitted for publication to any other conference or journal at the time of submission.
#### Second: Research Preparation Requirements (Formal)
* **Research Length**:
* No less than 4000 words.
* No more than 10,000 words (including references and appendices).
* **Margins and Formatting**:
* Set margins to 2.5 cm from all sides (top, bottom, right, left).
* **Font Type and Size (For Arabic Research)**:
* Main Title: Traditional Arabic, size 16 Bold, centered.
* Researchers' Names and Institution: Traditional Arabic, size 12 Bold.
* Main Headings: Traditional Arabic, size 16 Bold.
* Subheadings: Traditional Arabic, size 14 Bold.
* Research Text: Traditional Arabic, size 14 Normal.
* Line Spacing: 1 cm (Single Spacing).
* **Font Type and Size (For Foreign Language Research)**:
* Research Text: Times New Roman, size 12 Normal.
* **Abstract and Keywords**:
* Include two abstracts: one in Arabic and another in the research's language.
* Each abstract should not exceed 200 words.
* Provide five keywords in both Arabic and English at the beginning of the research.
* The use of machine translation for preparing the English abstract is strictly prohibited.
#### Third: Tables, Figures, and Images
* **Tables**:
* Numbered sequentially according to their appearance in the text (above the table).
* The table title is written above it.
* Use Traditional Arabic font for table titles and content.
* **Figures and Charts**:
* Must be clearly drawn and numbered sequentially (above the figure).
* Provided with accurate and clear titles.
* **Photographs**:
* Must be scanned using a scanner, ensuring high quality and clarity.
* Provided with accurate titles placed at the top.
#### Fourth: Referencing and Bibliography
* **Within the Text**:
* Cite the source as (Author's Last Name, Year of Publication).
* For direct quotations, add the page number: (Author's Last Name, Year of Publication, Page Number).
* **In the Reference List (at the end of the research)**:
* Include all references cited in the text.
* Arranged alphabetically: Arabic references first, followed by foreign references.
* Without numbering the list.
* Citation Style:
* **Book**: Author's Last Name, First Name. (Year). *Book Title*. (Editor or Translator if any). Edition Number. Publisher. Country of Publication.
* **Journal Article**: Author's Last Name, First Name. (Year). "Article Title". *Journal Name*. Publishing Institution, Country. Volume Number (Issue Number).
* **Theses**: Researcher's Last Name, First Name. (Year). *Thesis Title*. Thesis Type (Master's/PhD). University Name.
* **Online References**: Author's Last Name, First Name. (Year). *Article or Book Title*. Website Name. URL. (Accessed: Day/Month/Year).
#### Fifth: Additional Requirements
* **First Page**: Must include all researcher details: Full Name, Academic Degree, Specific Specialization, University or Institution.
* **Curriculum Vitae**: Attach a brief CV for the researcher(s) with the first submission to the journal.
