Arbitration Procedures
• Researcher (Research Preparation)
• Submit the research to the journal via the attached link and enter the researcher(s) and research information https://journalhub.ly/index.php/ar/index
• Upload the research to the journal's system via the attached link using the ID and password specific to the research (obtained upon submission in step 2).
• Send an acknowledgment receipt to the researcher from the system (Auto email) automatic response.
• Examine the research and the plagiarism rate (must not exceed 25%).
• Send the report to the editorial board (Advocates) to determine the similarity rate:
a) If the rate is unacceptable, the research is rejected and an apology message is sent to the researcher.
b) If the rate is acceptable; the researcher must sign a pledge to ensure the journal's copyright. Then complete the arbitration procedures.
• Send the research for preliminary arbitration.
a) In case of rejection, send an apology message to the researcher.
b) If accepted, two referees are selected from the list of referees for each research.
- If rejected by both referees, an apology message is sent to the researcher.
- In case of disagreement between the referees, a third referee is appointed.
- If the research is accepted, the required modifications from the referees are sent to the researchers via email, and a conditional acceptance message is sent to the researcher to ensure the modifications are made.
• Required from the researcher:
* Send the revised research via email.
* Fill out the modifications report.
• Ensure the modifications are made.
a. If the required modifications are not made, they are sent back to the researcher. If the modifications are not made a second time, the research is rejected.
b. If the required modifications are made according to the instructions:
- The research is accepted finally by the editorial board.
- Request publication fees from the researcher.
- Send an official letter.
