First: Criteria for Selecting Reviewers
The process of reviewing research published in the Al-Qalam Journal for Humanities and Applied Sciences is carried out by a group of experts and specialists in the field of the research submitted for publication.
Undoubtedly, in the Al-Qalam Journal for Humanities and Applied Sciences, if we want to elevate our scientific output, we must rely on professional experts who meet the following criteria:
• The necessary ethical qualities of scholars: objectivity, integrity, and honesty.
• Commitment to deadlines, meaning not to delay beyond the deadline set by the journal’s management and others.
• Proficiency in their specific scientific field.
• Must be at least an assistant professor and have experience in reviewing research in peer-reviewed journals, with no less than ten research papers.
• Ability to provide comments, opinions, and critiques in a scientifically precise manner.
• The reviewer must adhere to the journal's privacy policy and be fully aware of the standards and conditions of scientific review.

Second: The journal relies on the names of specialized reviewers in the fields of the member scientific journals.
• The journal can benefit from the list of approved reviewers from the Libyan Association for E-Learning and Education.
• Approved reviewers have the right to benefit from the services provided by the journal for reviewers, by inviting them to participate in reviewing the research and studies the journal wishes to evaluate.
• Communication between reviewers and the journal is conducted through Al-Gharyan University and E-Learning, which publishes in Arabic.

Third: Conditions for Obtaining Membership and a Reviewer Certificate in the Journal.
• Curriculum vitae.
• Providing links to the reviewer on scientific platforms such as: Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Scopus.
• Official personal documents.
