Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen Journal was established based on the decision of the Director of the General Administration for Publications and Artistic Works at the Ministry of Culture and Civil Society, Resolution No. (27), concerning the authorization to issue a scientific journal published periodically/quarterly under the name (Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen) on 25/11/2015. Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen Journal was approved by the Accreditation Committee for Peer-Reviewed Journals at the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research as one of the journals issued by Gharyan University. It has been assigned the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN): 3104-6371.
