Author Self-Archiving Policy

Author Self-Archiving Policy

Sadaa Al-Qalam  Journal for Humanities and Applied Sciences

Sadaa Al-Qalam  Journal encourages authors to self-archive their work to maximize research impact and ensure the global dissemination of knowledge.

1. Permitted Versions for Self-Archiving:

The journal allows authors to deposit the following versions in digital repositories (e.g., ResearchGate, Institutional Repositories, or personal websites):

  • Pre-print Version: The initial manuscript before peer review. Authors may share this while noting that it is under review at Al-Qalam Al-Mubin Journal.

  • Accepted Manuscript (Post-print): The peer-reviewed version after incorporating revisions. Authors may share this version with zero (0) days embargo.

  • Published Version (Version of Record): The final formatted PDF. Authors are allowed to share this immediately upon publication. We highly recommend sharing the official DOI link to ensure accurate citation tracking.

2. Self-Archiving Terms:

  • Source Attribution: Authors must clearly state that the work is published in Sadaa Al-Qalam Journal, providing full bibliographic details (Volume, Issue, Year, and DOI).

  • Non-Commercial Use: Self-archiving must be for non-commercial purposes only.

  • License Compliance: All archiving activities must comply with the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

3. Objectives:

Through this policy, we aim to increase the visibility of our authors' research, facilitate global access to scientific findings, and support the international Open Access movement.
