Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy
Sadaa Al-Qalam Journal for Humanities and Applied Sciences is committed to providing immediate open access to its content. We believe that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Key Principles:
-
Free Access to Content: In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), all published articles are free to read, download, copy, distribute, and print for any lawful purpose without prior permission, provided the original work is properly cited.
-
Immediate Accessibility: All articles are made available online immediately upon publication with no embargo period.
-
Licensing (Creative Commons): Articles are published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. This allows others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, ensuring the original authors receive due credit.
-
Article Processing Charges (APCs): To sustain high-quality editorial services, the journal applies a nominal fee (500 LYD for Libyans / 100 USD for International authors). High-quality English submissions may qualify for a full waiver.
-
Archiving: The journal ensures long-term preservation of its content through permanent digital archiving on its official website and global digital repositories.
