Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between administrative transparency and job security among employees at "Al-Saray Bank for Commerce and Investment" in Libya. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach, applied to a stratified random sample of (200) employees. The findings revealed a high level of administrative transparency practices, particularly in the dimension of "clarity of policies and procedures". Furthermore, the results demonstrated a significant positive correlation between administrative transparency dimensions and the perceived level of job security. The study recommended enhancing employee participation in decision-making as a strategic tool to reduce organizational ambiguity and increase institutional loyalty.
